Having secured early access to the disruptive AI text-to-image technology, Dall-E 2, we are now integrating it across MMR’s extensive innovation toolkit. Find out more on how this capability can supercharge CPG ideation process. 

Gen Z

Gen Z are in a fight against the perfectionism of social media, with new players like BeReal & Poparazzi surging in interest. These new solutions challenge the norms of big players like Instagram & Facebook by encouraging users to share real, fleeting moments amongst peers. No filters. No edits. To capture the essence of this ‘realism’ movement, we’re exploring & developing our own survey tools to supercharge in-home research & communities, harnessing a holistic and authentic perspective of consumer moments that matter.  

2022 SSP Conference

SSP Conference in Georgia, US, November 2nd-4th, 2022: NOVA’s Alexandra Kuzmina will be presenting results from our latest experiments with Augmented Reality as well as sharing our perspectives on how technology is shaping the future of the market research industry with the Opening Keynote Discussion Panel.

Tech is evolving at a rapid pace and integration into the consumer insight industry has been phenomenal. We charted what we believe is the likely path of evolution for these technologies in the next decade.  

Pressure testing AI-powered focus group tech with Carmex  

Carmex collaborated with NOVA to pilot a live focus group tech that uses AI and real time natural language processing (NLP). Read more on why they think this tool is fit for the future. 

New Digital Research Solutions team 

To implement the technology which has shown high potential to improve insight delivery in NOVA’s extensive and rigorous experiments, MMR created a brand-new Digital Research Solutions team. This team are now a core function to enable CPG brands to get the most of the following new tools and technologies:  Social listening, text analytics and chatbots.

Image & Video Analytics 

Harnessing image and video are key to capturing a holistic understanding of consumer lives. Yet, with hundreds of images, & hours of video, insights needs an efficient & cost-effective means of turning media to meaning. We’re looking for enthusiastic partners who are keen to explore the benefits image & video analytics could bring for their own use-cases.
